Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the goods provided that the goods remain unused and in a condition suitable for re-sale

To cancel your order you must notify us in writing (which includes a letter, fax or email). The sum paid to us from your credit or debit card will be credited to the same card within 30 days of your cancellation notice.

The goods in question must be returned to us unopened within 14 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the goods are faulty we shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be credited to you.

  • We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
  • We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
  • Returned goods should include a copy of the original invoice. The goods should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner and our return address should be clearly shown.

Storage Policy

We offer storage of firearms subject to a fee of £2.50 per firearm per week.

Firearms lodged with Riflecraft purely for storage purposes are subject to this fee from the date of delivery until the date of collection to the nearest whole week. An estimated storage period and a date at which fees will become payable will be agreed.

Firearms stored for a reasonable period following build, repair or modification will not incur a fee. However, should the storage period exceed what we consider reasonable you will be contacted and advised that storage fees will begin to accrue.

The owner is responsible for insurance of the stored firearm(s) whilst in the custody of Riflecraft.

Should storage charges not be paid when requested or in accordance with the due dates agreed, firearms may be sold by Riflecraft Ltd at any price, to recover outstanding charges.
